Medium Range DG Sets

CSH Gensets in the medium range from 82.5 KVA Diesel Generator are manufactured with Ashok Leyland engines. These engines are known for their ruggedness, economy of operation and ease of maintenance. Longer service interval also mean lower maintenance cost. The engines are now available with electronic governor which means that the response time to load fluctuation is minimal leading to lower fuel consumption. CSH DGs are manufactured to international design at a state of art pltit in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. All these engines conform to the latest emission norms (CPCB It) laid down by Govt. of India. These DG sets are available with electronic governor as a standard feature.DG sets of rating 100 KVA and above are manufactured with rock wool as insulating material which has better noise absorbing property. The complete DG sets with silencer inside are the most compact in its category and meet the present noise norms as mandated by CPCB, Govt. of India.

This range is best suited for small and medium factories, clinics, schools, construction sites, pump houses and apartment blocks. These DGs can be provided with manual or auto start option as per requirement or with synchronizing facility if required. Mobile DGs with 2 or 4 wheeled trolleys are also available.

GMDT Gen Set comprising of various engines and alternators in line with the client requirements. such engines are Cummins, Volvo, Caterpillar, Perkins, Greaves, Kirloskar, TATA, Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Eicher, Cooper, Weichai etc.. which couples with Stamford, Leroy-Somer , Crompton Greaves etc. alternators. The complete DG Set range is CPCB II Complaint & NAL (National Aerospace Agency) approved. Each Diesel Electric Genset is manufactured under stringent quality assurance process and undergoes in-house testing. Engine corresponds to ISO 3046, BS 5514 and DIN6271. The technical data applies to an engine operating on a fuel with a calorific value of 42.7 MJ/Kg(10200 Kcai/Kg) and a density of 0.86 Kg/Liter(7.01 LB/us gal). AC Generator performance corresponds to IEC-34, IS-4722.
